This apartment was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. They provided us with a selection of breakfast snacks which came in handy. The bed was vey comfortable and the décor was tastefully done. Great location for site seeing. The Duomo 10-15 walk. I will happily stay there again next time. Highly recommended

I appreciate that someone was still in the check-in office when I arrived late, I was unable to call amid travels and luckily was able to check in late. The location is great, a 10-15 min walk to Duomo. It is a very secure apartment. The elevator to the room is convenient to transport luggage to your room. I also appreciated the fruit, snacks and beverages provided. Bed is comfy, apartment very clean and modern.

Great stay!

Great stay, very accommodating and welcoming staff, very happy with the room. Please note that when you arrive, there is no great place to stop with the car outside the place, and the office is not very well indicated. Once we managed to connect with the staff though, we got excellent help with sorting ou the parking and the rest. Thanks a lot!

Good location and cleanliness

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The area felt safe and well-connected, with shops and restaurants nearby. In addition, the room and facilities were immaculate and well-maintained. It made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The only downside was that I could occasionally hear the tram passing on the street, especially during the night. It wasn’t too disruptive for me. Overall, a great choice for convenience and cleanliness.

The place was updated and clean. The person who checked us in was very friendly and wanted to make sure we had what we needed. Breakfast was just ok. Options like yogurt, fruit, juice, water, but pastries were retail-wrapped and some a bit dry. Within walking distance of the Duomo. Overall a good value.

Wonderful stay! We were greeted and shown around the property by a very friendly and helpful lady. The accommodation is in a good location with a metro stop nearby and a comfortable 20 minute walk to Duomo. The accommodation was well equipped and very safe. The only minor negative is that we sent a WhatsApp message to the contact number provided and we didn’t receive a reply or a resolution to our question, also, one side of the mattress had a dip in it, so my husband didn’t sleep well. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.
