The hotel offers a very high level of service. It all began with my arrival at Linate airport to be faced with a taxi strike......a phone call to the charming Concierge resulted in a car arriving within 30 minutes to take me direct to the Hotel, where I was graciously received and personally taken to my very well appointed Suite. My entire stay was punctuated with support from wonderful, helpful and courteous staff, who could have done nothing more to improve my stay......until they provided the...

From the moment you arrive you feel you are somewhere special. Somehow everyone knows your name even before you go through the door. Absolutely beautiful hotel, with, unusually for Italy, large, extremely well decorated, comfortable rooms. We had lunch, which was excellent, although expensive, but well worth it. Overall a 5 Star hotel in immaculate condition, with outstanding service. Nothing was too much trouble.

We were in modern extension. My husband was aware of the trams passing including at night. I was not. Perhaps not good for a light sleeper.
Spa lovely. 5 year old was wonderfully welcomed by all staff.

The hotel had very good facilities and was pleasing and in location where it is easy to get to the city centre. With one of our group being a child with severe #foodallergy to multiple foods; we have had avaryong experiences before. We let this hotel know via eamil, were asked to confirm this at check-in and staff (both Reception and catering) were well-informed, seemed to have procedures in place and were able to make in-hotel dining and room-service as safe as possible (ie, reduced risks). ...

We stayed 3 nights here to celebrate our anniversary. When checking in we were surprised to find that they had upgraded our room! We stayed in the junior suite, great space, stylish and most comfortable. We spoiled ourselves with room service, which was most efficient, and a spa treatment (a must for anyone staying here, but book early as time slots can be hard to come by). I fell ill the last night with fever, the hotel arranged for someone to go to the pharmacy and get me some paracetamol...

Wonderful luxury weekend. The hotel's bigger strength is the quality of the service. All staff without fail were warm, welcoming, and unpretentious. I was alone for part of the weekend, and was made to feel very relaxed and welcome as a lone female diner in the restaurant and at the bar before the rest of my party arrived. The hotel is perfect for all, including singe travellers, families, couples. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself is a great location only a 10 minute walk from Duomo but far enough out that it was very quiet at night. We walked to and from restaurants and tourist attractions easily. The rooms were spotless, compact but what you would expect in a city location.
We did not eat at the hotel however the rooftop bar was beautiful with views over the city.
Would certainly stay again if I was to return to Milan.

Great location, good facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Only gripe is that the (lovely) rooftop pool closes at 5.30 which is a little early.

This was my 3rd stay at the Sheraton and can honestly say, its one of the best ive stayed at. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. They are all very friendly too, food is amazing. Highly recommend.

It's super convenient as the metro station is just downstairs, within 15 seconds walk!
And the staff are very helpful. The only area to be improved is the wifi connection. It's not stable at my last night of stay.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Grand Viscounti. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed using the facilities such as the pool, sauna and steam room. The only improvements needed in this area would be the door to be fixed on the steam room as it didnt close properly and the sauna to include ladel/water to make it hotter. Overall we had a relaxing stay and would return again.

Nhow is a fantastic, chic and modern hotel about 5 minutes from P.ta Genova station in the heart of Navigli. Navigli is the place to stay in Milan. It's a short metro ride from the main tourist attractions but the place to be at night with canals lined with restaurants and bars. It seems to be very popular with the locals. The hotel is far enough away from the noise to feel relaxing but close enough to feel involved. The breakfast was particularly good and everything around the hotel felt...
