Everything about Best Western Hotel City was spotlessly clean - huge congratulations to the cleaning staff. The room had a small balcony, plenty of hanging space and shelves/drawers to unpack into, and free minibar. The hotel is in a beautiful neighbourhood with Lima metro station and tram/bus stops close by.

Hotel is a great location close to Lima metro station and somewhat close to Milano Centrale railway station. Room is spacious and room amenities are good and includes free coffee and tea, daily water bottled supply, and bar drinks and snacks for a couple days. Breakfast is very good and very reasonably priced.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The property appears newly renovated with a fresh and stylish appearance. I experienced some really unpleasant event in Milano when my mobile phone was stolen, but received the outermost amazing service from a compassionate and very empathic male employee working that present night shift. A huge thank you for everything, and must such employees receive appreciaton for their contribution to making this an awesome hotel.

Close to amenities.

I do recommend this Best Western In Milan. Very clean, staff were always willing to help and they speak English. Good location but not as close to the trains stations as we would have liked. Traffic is very heavy so depending on the time of day it can take you longer by taxi than to walk it. It’s is located in the older part of Milan and we had a great city view. Overall a very good experience.

Basic room, nice bed. Clean. Little balcony to the road. Busy road, but only noice was later night from metro. It didnt bother us. Breakfast was italian style, we enjoyed it. Would stay here again.

It was very good stay, friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, but is good for one person. Location near shopping street Corso Buenos. 2 km of walking to Duomo and shopping gallery. Hotel is near Metro Station Lima. Trams too

Next Lima Metro Station

Centralize location is key selling point. 13min Walk to Central Train Station. And just next to Lima Metro station. Bed is comfortable. Lots of shopping boutique along the Main Street & several supermarkets located nearby. The only setback is the main road facing hotel room, the external noise persist through midnight, and it could permeate through even though windows were shut. If one could tolerate the street noise, the balcony view did give a beautiful street view, otherwise the backyard facing rooms provide a quieter environment

Overall ok, but it takes around 15 to 20 mins to get to the Milano central station. If carry a heavy luggage, better well prepared
