"One of the main reasons I selected this hotel was because the Expedia listing clearly advertised that the property had an outdoor swimming pool. I was travelling with my wife and young son, and the swimming pool was an important part of our decision to book this hotel. However, when we arrived, we discovered that the hotel does not have a swimming pool at all. I was informed that they do not currently have one and apparently have never had one. This means the information advertised on Expedia...

"Negative: No AC (just a fan), no Wifi, smell humide but the price was cheap so I was not expecting much still AC was supposed to be in the broom and i didn't had any so i couldn't stay long and also was full of mold. Positive: the rest bed okay, table, closet, hot water, mirror and the guy from the lobby was kind"

"Vaste of money "

"Got upgraded to a suit, that was super nice , very India and vegetarian friendly breakfast buffet - has Jain food as well - dosa, sambar, dhokla, poha etc . The bathtub inside the room with a view was great. Loved the blue tooth speaker in the room as well to enjoy some music. Room was largely clean, guest services are a hit or a miss , sometimes on time sometimes delayed. Laundry takes a day, If given in the night they give it back next day same time. Reception also helps with dollar exchange...

"Great service, defo 5 star treatment, welcoming staff… great breakfast buffet!"

"This is a 4 star facility at best, 3.5 star is a firm rating. Good location in Colombo, helpful staff. hallway carpet needs to be cleaned, along with the bathroom shower and floor areas that was dirty with mold. Food availability was good, tried the breakfast buffet and it was acceptable. I don't think this facility sells alcohol beverages however, did not see a bar or alcohol listed in the menu. Linen and toiletries were good as well."

"Good location and nice staffs. Just few steps to the ocean."
