Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. We were in room 1112 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hotel were really quick with replying to queries prior to booking and even had a hand written note and sweets upon arrival to celebrate Loved zaandam. Really pretty town. The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. Room big and very clean, bed very comfortable. Staff were all amazing. Breakfast was really nice, good variety. 2min walk to Zaandam station only about 10 mins on train to Amsterdam Central, and about 25 mins from airport.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. 6 of us stayed in a three bedroom apartment and we were delighted. It is in an excellent location a 5 minute stroll from the train station, which is only one stop away from central Station. The apartment was spacious, in excellent condition and very clean. Staff were lovely and extra helpful. Place was clean and well appointed. Location was absolutely perfect. Not on the very busy roads but right in the heart of Amsterdam.

Fantastic hotel.10 minutes away from everything. Grab a 3 day travel card and you can use bus/tram/train/ferry. Bus no 22 takes you to and from hotel. Staff really polite and friendly. Hotel room clean.Theres funky art everywhere.Buffet breakfast was included,so that set you up for the day, dinner menu was limited,but we dinned in one night and the food was delicious. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to everyone

Close to the Central Station so a handy location for the eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great base if your happy to walk (or cycle) to the main attractions. I was on the 2nd floor on the corner and outside noise was not issue. At points you can hear the trams rumbling but I didn't find it intrusive. They have a fun little bar that does great cocktails!

We came to stay for 3 nights for a short break. Amazing from start to finish. Lovely receptionist and very helpful in terms of where we should visit etc. We even had a little treat left by Samira which was really appreciated - she was very helpful also! Deposit for the room returned swiftly after our stay! Not a busy location but easy transport into Central Amsterdam - took 6 minutes on the train which is a regular service! Would 10000% recommend and if we return this will be where we go.

Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. Real quirky hotel, totally different from anything I have stayed in before, but in a good way. Free wine hour in the early evening! would totally recommend this hotel.

We were at the Avani Museum Quarter hotel in August of this year for a weekend. Main purpose of travel was to visit Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum and this hotel was perfectly located being within few minutes walking distance. We had booked canal view rooms which were wonderful. Good selection of breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Nabeel at reception for all his help. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Great location, nice views. Walkable distance to nearby shops or a 15 minute drive to centre. Outstanding customer service too 10/10. Highly recommend and will definitely be back ;)
