First time ever going for Miami Music Week, and I am glad i got this hotel long time ago. Amazing pricing, nice and chill location with many food shops markets around to buy and explore. First time on a longer stay hotel which means they is no room service everyday so you have to go ask for extra things that you need yourself, they will clean every 2 weeks stay but i only stayed for 9 nights which was close but still a great time was had.

Very clean rooms, three weeks and I saw NO bugs or roaches like reviews for other locations. Floors clean but could be mopped a little better, Hallway floors and elevators not extremely dirty but could be cleaned a little better. Laundry and gym very nice. All staff (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance) are exceptionally friendly, professional, and accomodating with pleasent attitudes. Beds comfortable, plenty of room for luggage. Had an issue with hot water but it was resolved as fast as possible. Parking is plentiful. Guest floors (neighbors) are quiet and respectful. Restaurants within walking distance for quick meals 24 hrs. Publix 10 mins away. Walmart and Dollar Trees a little bit of a drive. Great experience. I highly recommend.
