"Pool staff works very hard and they do a good job. Same as the restaurant staff. The unacceptable part is closing the pool for an event without notification at full cost without any alternatives set in place. That is not acceptable and then they do not allow bringing food in when the pool was basically closed and no servers were working. Just limited chair availability by the pool."

"This resort is the absolute BEST in Hollywood beach! My husband and I frequent South Florida and ever since we found the Diplomat we stay here as long as they have availability for us. The accommodations are next level- truly a resort, not just some hotel. From the helpful and friendly nature of the staff, to the amazing restaurants on site and the amazing pool/beach area- you will NOT be disappointed here!"
