Great location! Definitely needs blow dryer and easier way to get towels and they need to get a full size mirror. The room was clean.

Great location, good room but the blankets smelt like dried vomit and I had to wash them, also cats love going full speed down the street all night long so wear ear plugs

The room was clean, however there was no microwave, or washer as pictured. The oven was overly complicated to use so we didn't bother. The keyless entry was easy but sometimes didn't work well, thankfully our room had a fob for the times we weren't able to access the room/elevators. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. The property is centrally located, the metro, shops and restaurants are all in walking distance. We would stay here again for the location.

Property is just about 7 minutes walk to bayside marketplace and 10 minutes walk from Brightline train station. Easy walk, flat surface. Manageable even for seniors

The first thing was the unexpected amount of the deposit. The check in process was beyond too much. Downloading an app to gain access just to check in. Then in the app it says you can share your access codes with others in your party.. i shared the link and it gave the others an error code. The front desk said to send them a list of everyone in the room and their emails and they would send them all thier own code. I sent them the list of 3 others and only 2 got the email. The room wasbooked for 4 people, however not set for 4 people. My son walked into the bathroom and there was dried urine on the seat.The sheets for the pull out bed were still wet when we pulled them from the drawer. There were only sheets and no blankets. There were only two towels and 1 beach towel. I used to clean and do set up for several Air BNB types rentals, and this was quite disappointing that we had to keep washing towels so everyone had a towel. There was small metal rod sticking out of the pull out sofa. I sent pictures to the front desk. The response was so sorry. For the amount of money that was paid to stay here was sub par at minimum.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and my needs were not met at all. The room was in poor condition: there were marks on the walls, stains on the bed, and hair all over the floor. The shower was not properly cleaned and looked very run-down. The balcony was also incredibly small — there was no space to sit, and you could only stand. I paid for an upgrade, but it was never provided, and the view was terrible. The room overall was nothing like what I expected. The photos online make the rooms look high-quality, but in person they are the complete opposite. What I booked on Expedia and what the hotel sent me on WhatsApp did not match what I actually received. Because of this experience, I would not stay here again, and I’m now unsure if I even want to use Expedia in the future since the photos and descriptions were misleading and the paid upgrade was not honored.
