I liked that the room was clean and that there were useful amenities, especially a mini fridge and an air conditioner that really did change room conditions to the ideal. The hotel is ideally located to shops and the beach and there are buses that will get you to other places. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the entrance is a bit too public.

The best was the location. Everything was so close. The beach is couple of minutes walk away. The reception was really nice. The hotel had a very lively restaurant. The house keeping was no where to be found. We were a group of four and survived 5 days with one towel each😂😂. However we have no complaint cos we had a lot of fun. We will surely stay here again but bring in more towels of our own.

Upon arrival we went to our room and began to unpack when we noticed there was a massive sunken hole in the middle of the floor between the beds and when we turned on the television it would turn itself off immediately. So I had to go to the front desk where we were eventually moved to a different room. This room was slightly in better condition, but that air conditioner was missing it cover in full of dust so I had to remove the filters so it would function properly. The shower curtain rod was also put on backwards, making the curtain push far into the tub area while you are trying to shower. On the third day we requested for fresh towels and beach towels but it took a good part of the day too receive them as the only way to really get a hold of anyone is through text messaging since there is rarely a receptionist at the front. The entrance is also confusing since you have to enter through a restaurant. The overall condition of the hotel is hit or miss aa a lot of the rooms have padlock latches on them as they do not close because the door frames have been broken or kicked in. The hotel could really use some maintenance and attention overall it was a decent day for the price. If you are on a budget place this will get the job done but do not expect much beyond that. The most convenient thing was having the bus and trolley lines nearby and the ocean was only a few minutes walk away across the street. And having beach towels provided.

The elevator didn’t work, I was super hot in the hallway, the pool was stupid hot and not filled up all the way, they don’t have parking and they only gave us on towel and one rag for 3 people, i asked several times and they never brought them but yet they texted several times the day before check out to ask what time we were leaving.. oh yeah and the floor was about to fall in.. had several weak spots in the room.. I had two rooms that we checked in by 4:00 and after we were in the room for 4 hours one of the staff came to inform me that it wasn’t my room and we needed to pack our things and get out the room even though I showed her my two rooms with the codes to both rooms.. this was the worst experience I’ve had by far.. I want a refund.. oh yeah and they were rude asf!!
