"Vores ophold på hotellet i Miami Beach begyndte med en lille udfordring, da værelset desværre ikke var klar ved ankomst på grund af problemer med airconditionen. Personalet håndterede situationen rigtig professionelt og sørgede straks for at ombooke os til et nærliggende hotel for den første nat – noget vi satte stor pris på. Allerede dagen efter blev vi indlogeret på det oprindelige hotel, og herfra var oplevelsen helt i top. Værelset var lyst, rent og komfortabelt, og hotellets beliggenhed er...

"Great stay before our cruise. Close to port and Fort Lauderdale Beach. The happy hour was crowded and the bar was bit expensive outside of happy hour but overall the hotel is beautiful, new and clean. Staff was nice. Only negative that really stood out was hotel needs better toasters at breakfast. All 3 were small kitchen toasters - didn’t toast and people were standing around for awhile while their food got cold and ended up eating cold bagels and bread. Really need commercial size toasters...

"I had a great time in this hotel. The facilities were clean, the amenities were great. I loved their pool, the only thing that the water was so hot in the pool for such weather I would have loved it to be refreshing. I loved their breakfast menu and the servers as well as hotel staff were very kind and respectful. I would encourage anyone to try this place as we enjoyed our stay. Great location as well!"
