"Room was clean. It was a basic room. Just one set of towels. I asked clean towels and I was told that I need to wash my towels. We had difficult time getting into our room on Thursday April 2nd. They sent us instructions around 2pm by Expedia app. The code we received did not work and I ended up going to the other hotel overnight because there was no actual person helping me. "This is my second time staying here, no physical staff around, but I got check via text in case I needed anything. Clean room, nice beds, convenient location... Didn't need more than that! "

"In terms of customer service I have travelled a lot and never seen anything like this. The team are very responsive and reactive always ensuring that everything is taken care of. They go above and beyond and if there is any issues they are very quick to respond and solve these issues. It’s very refreshing to stay somewhere like this where you are treated like a real guest like it used it be back in the days. If I am ever in Miami again I would only stay here!"

"Amazing location and comfortable rooms—hidden gem! Don't be turned off by the unassuming entrance. Once you get past the lobby and up to the rooms, this place is a gem. We stayed in a large, clean room that comfortably fit four people. The unseen staff provided great customer service, allowing us to have a late check-out at no cost so we could enjoy the beach. "Felt very safe here, friendly staff. The room is very outdated and has a mildew/old/damp smell. The space in the rooms can be maximized exponentially with different arrangements and cutting the divider wall between the bathroom and kitchen. Definitely had space for a dresser. No real complaints, though, we were satisfied with our stay. The neighbors were so comfortable and minded their own business, as did we. "

"The Bentley hotel was a really nicely appointed place to stay in South Beach Miami. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and always available to assist. We used the bikes we had Prosecco on the rooftop and anytime we had a request the staff responded to things promptly. I would go back again and stay at this property in a heartbeat. So lovely!
