I could hear the ocean from my room. The town center is just a 12-13 minute walk from the room. I will be staying here again in the future! Marcus the owner is very attentive and an excellent communicator. Silvana was cheery, welcoming and very helpful in helping me to get settled in when I first arrived. "

"I received a WhatsApp message from the property on the day of my arrival, which has conveniently been deleted, stating that the property didn't have a room available. I didn't see the message until I arrived at the property, but it had asked me to go to another property that cost less, had a less ideal location, and lower reviews. At arrival, they then put my friend and I in a room with one bed that was tiny, *absolutely disgusting*, and was not in the main building. The manager, without prompting, offered to refund this night, which I politely accepted. The next day, we got moved to the correct room, but it did not have any hot water for a shower, so we got moved AGAIN, to another lower quality room without a balcony. One out of the two beds was rock hard so my friend and I ended up having to share a bed. Several days after my stay no refund was issued so I reached out to Hotels.com and the property denied the refund and deleted their WhatsApp message. I've never left a bad review or complained to any service provider before, but this was a terrible experience."
