"The room wasn't cleaned very well this time. We found a used condom on the floor by the bed. The shower curtain was on backwards and the blow dryer wasn't put back properly. The floor wasn't vacuum. Whomever was supposed to clean the room did a very poor job of it."

"I travel often. The cleanliness of this facility was fabulous. Great variety on breakfast items and was always hot. Breakfast area was always clean. Professional staff from front desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast server. I also use the fitness center. Was always stocked with Lysol wipes and towels. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I am in the area."

"Room was not clean esp bathroom, body wash bottle left in shower from previous guests,very dirty and wet towel left on bathroom sink, toilet seat and toilet dirty, no hotel hand soap in bathroom. Cup stains and dried up liquids on table top. No breakfast even though site said breakfast included. Pool closed at 8p very early and we asked front desk if we could have extra hour bc we had a lot of kids for a bday party. Plenty of parking but a lot of pot holes in lot, grass was over grown with weeds and not cut. Staff was mildly polite, no extra enthusiasm or appreciation. Did not answer phones when we called down at 8p"

"There is no arcade/game room - but there is one listed in the description. Pool was nice, but daughter was disappointed when we went looking for game room/arcade that was listed but we couldn’t find it. I tried messaging the hotel about it - but never heard anything. I mentioned it out at check out but it was brushed off( also I double checked the listing). Most of the staff was great - except the last day the fire alarm went off at 6:30am right when we were leaving. Turns out it was something in the kitchen I think that caused it. The person at the front desk didn’t seem calm and seemed a little taken back ( made a comment) when my daughter was scared because of the noise. I think she was implying my daughter did something- but she was with me the the whole time and never went near anything Location is great. Staff for the most part was great ( except what I mentioned above). Don’t use the messaging through Hotels.com - they won’t respond, pool is great, they have a fire pit outside that is nice, but no arcade/game room even though it is in the description ( arcade/game room was the reason I booked this rather than Holiday Inn because Courtyard wasn’t allowing 5 day stay so I picked this)."
