"The room was very nice and very clean. The staff was friendly and very pleasant to deal with. But the hot tub really sucked and there was no protein at all. The continental breakfast was just waffles and cold cereal."

"The room was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly before my arrival. I stayed in a King Suite with a kitchen, but both the dishwasher and garbage disposal were not working. No one informed me about these issues during check-in—I only discovered them after entering the room. Considering the condition of the room and the non-functioning amenities, it was definitely not worth the price."
