"No information in room with what hotel offered, where things were located eg. ice machine.It was my first time there, I wandered looking for an ice machine, sign on wall by laundry room said there was one on my floor, but none to be found. I have mobility issues..I did not enjoy wandering the halls. "I am in Kelowna to be with my partner while he's in hospital. Sandman staff is compassionate, helpful and timely with requests and questions. My rooms have been perfectly clean, easily accessed and comfortable to rest in. The pool is clean, the hot tub is large enough for multiple people and the dining is super close for those with mobility challenges.
