"The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Kelowna is a high crime city compared to where we originate and we had a small issue with a non-guest trying to gain access to our room.( break in) . The staff quickly remedied the situation by adding more security features to the room window. They did offer to move us as well but we declined as we were happy with the fix. The hotel is great value , with a full kitchen and in a great location. Its not safe to walk around at night in kelowna...

"An incredible gem of a B&B. One of the owners, Steve, is a retired professional chef and it shows in the amazing breakfasts we were served on both mornings of our stay. The views were spectacular and the rooms lovely, quiet and spacious. We had a phenomenal time here and will definitely be coming back!"

"No information in room with what hotel offered, where things were located eg. ice machine.It was my first time there, I wandered looking for an ice machine, sign on wall by laundry room said there was one on my floor, but none to be found. "I am in Kelowna to be with my partner while he's in hospital. Sandman staff is compassionate, helpful and timely with requests and questions. My rooms have been perfectly clean, easily accessed and comfortable to rest in.
