"Stayed here a night as we had tickets for a concert at the Orpheum theatre. I was most impressed by the staff and found the hotel to be a very good value."

"The neighborhood is TERRIBLE!! My car was broken into the first night and left with thousands of dollars in damage. The hotel was of no assistance at all. Loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. The street noise was unbearable. We had a drunk blaring music across the hall from us until 5 in the morning and the most the front desk would say was that they were aware. Terrible beds with nasty looking sheets. Nothing looks crisp and clean. That's the best way I can describe it. Not out right nasty, but not clean. The toilet clogged constantly from just using the one ply toilet paper. The hotel towels were nasty, random, discolored, scratchy things you'd get at your granny's house. NO soap in the shower, and when I asked for some, he seemed put out, but said he could bring me "a cup of soap" because the dispensers wouldn't arrive for a few days. He did end up bringing me a soap dispenser. NO housekeeping for a 3 night stay!!! No lighting, outlets, phone, ANYTHING you'd expect in a normal hotel room at this price point. TV is Roku only that you must submit with your own info. Basically DO NOT STAY HERE"

"We had a great stay overall. The location was super convenient, the price felt fair, and everything was really clean. Our corner suite was spacious and comfortable, and the views were a nice bonus. The front desk staff were especially welcoming, Maria in particular stood out for going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I’d definitely stay here again."

" nobody changes garbage, bunk beds are small and cannot charge phone or laptop unless bottom bunk, strangers from various parts of the country are In the dorm to play around and take over the little space In the living room all night long. wondering how how they can watch garbage pile up In the living room and kitchen while working nowhere. The area , The area is sketchy, has fake food vendors watching blocks for dealers all day on every corner. garbage all over, with abandoned stores, lack of community upkeep and shady Business owners. gangs basically run the area the dorm is in and send people to stalk the dorms ,when they hear people are from out of state, helicopters fly over that dorm repeatedly until I was forced to leave early, had to sleep on stairs or couch to how small the bunks were and being over 200 pounds I refused to take the top bunk. I witnessed junkies there that told me they don't work, seemed high and was in the living room sitting on the couch eating peanut butter just there to be there, as if a gang placed him there for info. It's a nasty little area I would never return to without a legal registered firearm "
