"Even though the hotel probably hit capacity with the basketball players there, the hotel lobby was quiet and clean. The room & bathroom were clean, the ac worked perfect, and the shower water was hot with good pressure. The hot breakfast included instant oatmeal, cold cereal, pastries and bread assortments, waffles, eggs, bacon, and of course COFFEE! Would return and recommend."
"Hotel was very nice. Rooftop area is awesome. Only issue I had was parking. Once I figured it out it was fine but better instructions on the front end would help others avoid some confusion."
"I did not have one towel or cloth in my room whatsoever and I went to the counter in the morning and I only asked for a towel so I could dry off and they told me to bring down my old ones. We wait for you to bring dirty ones, and then give you more I told her I don’t have any dirty towels because there is not even one towel in my room. She said really are you sure I said yes please give me a towel. I’m going to be late for work and she said well. Let me talk to my boss. Oh there she is about to walk in the door so I had to wait for the owner or manager before she would give me a towel. Other than that it was better than what I expected."
