"The heated floor in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower were amazing. Had a balcony with an amazing view and had chairs no table so couldn’t have breakfast out there. Room service was great except they don’t collect the dirty dishes if staying one night and if you are not charging it to the room you have to go to the restaurant to pay. Staff were were amazing and overall a great stay."

"One of the best places i have stayed in New Zealand! Staff were amazing and very friendly. The best mattress - a proper mattress- ive had during my trip. The mattress was soft enough, not like a board, a full sized queen (not two singles pushed together) and was lower to the ground. Bathroom clean and tidy. Nice thick towels. "A little too old for my liking. Kitchen sink had the really old model of separate tap for each cold and hot water. Well maintained and clean but really old."

"It was fantastic, one small thing would be when advertising an espresso coffee machine, it would be nice to get the milk frother to go with it. But that is a very small suggestion when the place is very lovely to stay in"

"Tiny one-person cramped balcony. No room for a comfortable lounge chair in room. Not everyone likes to watch TV in bed. Ice tray in freezer box was off/broken and cube trays sitting melted in a pool of water. I don't consider this to be athe Superior Studio advertised, given size and comments above."

"Very nice motel, super friendly and helpful staff/hosts. Just something which should be considered- the property is located on very big busy street and some of the rooms are facing the street. It could get very noisy in the morning, so if you have problems with the noise just ask the staff for another room."
