"The staff were courteous and responsive. The meals at the restaurant is quite nice. And the environment is quite secure. Although i think the structures and facilities in the hotel need some improvement/ upgrades. I would say I got good value for my money "

"The hotel was okay and that's it! They how ever do not accept any online booking or paid room booking. I had to pay for my room again at arrival as they refused the paid booking from hotels.com. So if you book? Be ready to make payment at property and not online.
Overall okay service. Good location and clean too. I would consider visiting again."

"I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork.
The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!"

"I'm glad i cancelled my previous hotel and i booked this , all the staffs are very welcoming , the only the was that at the dining , they said breakfast was only for one when initially they told me i had breakfast for two . other than that, i will come back again whenever i visit Lagos "
