"Esta demasiado caro ese hotel y no entiendo porqie ? Si es el mismo servicio las mismas camas la misma comida y luego con la idiotes de qie que no puede rentar una noche si dos o más"

"ABSOLUTELY loved it. If we are ever around the area again we will stay here. The pool was fun, room was clean and quiet, the staff were beyond amazing. Close to lots of food options. It was a fun stay"

"Room was clean. Easy check in and out. Air conditioner needs new filter. Caught a cold maybe from it. Price was ok."

"We booked this hotel, even though it was more expensive than the Hampton Inn, largely because of its emphasis on a “really great breakfast.” Breakfast is important to us, so we thought the higher rate might be worth it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. First, there weren’t even tea bags in the room, so if hot tea is your favorite morning beverage, you have to get dressed and head downstairs before you can have your first cup. The breakfast itself was no better than what we’ve experienced at Hampton...

"Staff member at night was amazing and the hot tub room excellent and very comfortable plus super clean"

"Could not have asked for a better weekend!"

"Needs a better breakfast buffet. Front desk staff were OK but seemed like they didn't want to be there."

"What an incredible place in the mountains right off the blue ridge parkway. The views are unbelievable. The restaraunt and bar were the perfect place to end the night. Even managed to find some vegan options. Great stop for our motorcycle trip but really anyone in the area has a reason to stay here."

"Our first room was not cleaned properly and smelled bad and the second room they offered us was recently renovated and smelled even worse. We ask for a refund and found a better hotel."

"Each staff member we met was friendly and helpful."

"Clean spacious rooms Great service from reception crew to housekeeping crew"

"Everything was clean and ready for us. Was a cold week but still nice and warm with the gas logs. Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back. "

"Very professional"

"Planned a short getaway to hike Mount Mitchell and this place could not have been more perfectly located to the trailhead. The Lodge is newly built, and ground are impeccably well maintained. The staff was super helpful. They even came by to drop off a lighter so the firepit could be put to use. They have a common use area with a ktichen and grills that can be utilized which is an added bonus as I don’t recall reading about all they had available to make the stay above and beyond expectations....
