"TLDR: Great desk clerks, old small rooms. Uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. We needed a place to stay while visiting family for a few days.There were 3 adults sharing one room. The front desk clerk on arrival was super welcoming and friendly. We got one of the rooms with a kitchenette, king bed, and pullout couch. Upon entering our room it didn’t smell super clean but it’s an older hotel so I chalked it up to that. The beds were super comfy and rooms clean and the front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful! The price was also very reasonable! I'll definitely stay again when we are back in that area!"

"I found this little gem trying to save a little money on a tournament weekend. The hotel was well-kept, our rooms were incredibly clean and well-maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good and well-attended. There is a really pretty atrium that added a neat touch. It had a sense of personal ownership that reminded me of when hotels were run and managed by families. Great stay! "

"Very disappointed for a La Quinta by Wyndham. The property needs a complete overhaul. The front looks like it hasn’t been maintained for a while. The room was clean enough to feel comfortable to sleep overnight but it’s time for a rehab budget. The floor in the elevator was gross and the safety handles were missing. Side door entry doesn't work. There were live beetles in the lobby. The front desk staff was super friendly though. This property should be under $100 for the condition that it is...

Staying so close to the construction wasn't great, but running the fan all night was helpful. We were pleased with the price and the hotel. There weren't any homeless people nearby. It was a great place to sleep. "
