"Structura molto centrale personale gentilissimo ma avrebbe bisogno di una Ristrutturazione . Inoltre la moquette e l’ascensore emanavano cattivo odore e il bagno non era ben pulito . Insomma una grande delusione da un mercure non me lo aspettavo voto scarso"

"This is a really special hotel suffering from under-investment. The staff I met—from the front desk, to housekeeping, and the bar/restaurant—were all working hard. But there were never enough of them to make the place run smoothly. The beautiful property (ok, except the “modern wing,” where rooms are more akin to SROs) just isn’t being maintained lovingly. "Poor breakfast.
Too crowded .serving area too small. No access to get the food or drinks.
Lack of food.. ran out ..because not enough availability to meet demand. Did not help because people made take out.
Staff poor.
Room on roof lovely.
Clean .
Great shower
No coffee.
Would recommend only if you don't have breakfast"

"This hotel is amazing, a little quirky maybe but amazing. The staff are so friendly and keen to make our stay comfortable. The room was very small but that wasn’t an issue at all especially as they have a lovely terrace on the first floor. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel but there was complimentary fresh coffee along with tea and water, and I’ve always available.
