Good for the price

Nice motel for the price. Not the Ritz for sure, but I've stayed there more than once because it's mostly remodeled and clean. And has smoking rooms which I like.

Comfortable stay again

Stay was solid! We have stayed there before, when we are in the area. It is a nice place, conveniently located, and the price is great! No frills, just a room with a comfortable bed. The staff is very nice too! Highly recommend this place!

This place needs heavy updating to it. The room seem quite outdated. Our tv did not even have a remote to it. There were some areas that were not clean around the bathroom sink & the little table that was provided. The staff was kind though when checking in. The ac worked properly so it was not too hot.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The tv, frig, and microwave worked. It took 3 trips to the office before we had a key card that opened a room door. The bathroom had suspicious stains on the walls. Towels had stains. It was dirty enough that we didn’t think it was safe to take a bath.

If the rate is surprisingly low it's because ....

Given that we were in town for a race weekend at Mid-Ohio and the rate for this place was reasonable whereas most area hotels jacked up their rates should have been a warning sign. The motel is in a general state of disrepair, the room dirty, the linens stained, and hair on the bathroom floor. Worse there was hair on one of the bed's the sheets. Were I the owner I'd be embarrassed. I will say that the cable TV was good, the towels clean, the AC cold, and the hot water hot. We also had a good laugh recalling the place when we got home.

When i checked in the lobby was clean and its smelled fresh. However the room that we stayed in it had hair all over the bed sheets, pillows, and towels. The bathroom floor and side sink was dirty. The bathtub had hair. Also some blankets had burn marks eventhough this wasn't a nonsmoking room. I did not feel comfortable at all with my family member.

Decent cheap stay. Room was clean, no bugs. Bathroom needs updating, never a good sign when the room comes equipped with a plunger. Bathtub caulking was pretty bad and the tub didnt look clean. Otherwise everything was fine. The Bob Evans next door seemed to be shut down, but great dining options a few minutes away in Ontario.

There was burn holes in the blankets and the floor was sticky and turned out socks black. Staff was very friendly, room overall just wasn’t clean

This room was not cleaned before we checked in. We had cigarette butts in the bathroom sink, on the floor and un 5he garbage cans which were still full from previous occupants. This room was pungent with the odor of weed and cigarettes. Pretty disappointing. We know it wasnt an expensive room but it was pretty dirty. There is also a huge presence pf black mold in the bathroom. Check in clerk was polite and professional

NASTY STAY

This place was filthy. The bathroom was nasty. Even though my friend and I had raced, we were both hesitant to shower. Mold along the vase board, dirty walls, dried stains along bathroom walls AND beside the sink in the small sink/vanity area. Stains on the sheets, and after walking across the room in socks the bottom of our socks were black. After making sure the beds were free of bedbug evidence, we did stay (no place near our race venue available). We left our luggage in the car overnight to assure ourselves that we’re wouldn’t inadvertently carry home parasites. The beds themselves were okay. Only kind thing I can say is that the check-in clerk was nice. Will never be back and would recommend staying away. This stay will be a part of our ‘remember that nasty experience’ story of our race traveling adventures. We will laugh about it (and how tough we were to stay there). Will NEVER book a room at a Motel 6 anywhere after this experience.
