The room was great and clean! But they just need to improve their breakfast menu,it was very limited and staffs weren’t that friendly and accommodating.
Staff was kind and helpful, I requested a room change at equal value and the staff accommodated me very quickly and room service was top notch

The hotel offers affordable and comfortable stay!
This hotel is definitely worth the price!
Checking in was quick as well as check out.
Has lift, we were in 3rd floor. Room has everything you need from slippers and toiletries. Air conditioning is good working condition! Has warm water too in the bathroom. Equip with kettle and fridge.
Close to 7-11 to get some snacks and water. There are water dispenser along the hotel corridor.
We had added £2 for breakfast for 3! The breakfast was 1 order per person and it was amazing😁!
The room needs some repainting, the bed is firm and comfortable.
Overall, i would highly recommend!

We booked for the 2 bedroom family room for 18 days, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel isnt that considerate enough to allow us to check in at around 9am without charge, (our flight arrival was at 530am) they said if we check in early they would have to charge us 1000.000 even if the room is already available. This is new to me because I also worked at a hotel and the hotels that we booked in before would do their best to accommodate requests like this esp if the guests is staying longer. Where is the hospitality there right? The people are courteous, good but the amenities and the property itself is no good. No microwaive, vault was broken, shower is always hot, aircon upstairs is noisy like noisy that you wouldnt be able to sleep. No laundry and iron, wifi is mostly weak, Yes its not 5 star hotel but these are the basic necessities in a hotel. All in all i think we will not book this hotel again and wouldnt recommemd to anyone.

Staff ok. Location not safe. Amenities not good and cost is a little high.
I had an appointment at the Hall of Justice on the 11th. This location is across the street from the Hall of Justice. This was my 3rd stay at this hotel.
The staff was very accomodating and polite. The hotel itself is nice. There was drinking water supply in every floor. Waterboiler, fridge, coffe sticks and tea were available in the room - very much apprecaited. However, the blankets were very thin that we had difficulties sleeping so we had to increase the temperature in our room before going to bed every night.
Despite the listing for a restaurant and laundry there was none. Free breakfast was cold eggs and cold toast. Furniture was well worn. Lighting was poor.
Why would Expedia list such a crappy place?
Photos of the place is deceiving in the website, has bedbugs, molds in the aircon, the room smelled odor masking chemical that as soon as you step inside the room you have to step out immediately because of the smell, have to wear a mask while sleeping on our first night. The front of the building is a busy street with lots of vendors and dirty surroundings Why would Expedia even recommend this place?
The booking listed a restaurant, laundry facilities and convenience store. It had none of these. The free breakfast was delivered between 7:am and 7:30. It was always cold eggs and toast. Lights in room were dim or flickering. No hot water in shower on one morning. No handrails on steps. No apologies from management about their dishonest listing.
