Room 2 was very nice, newly refurbished. The bathroom & shower was great. Just wish that they would get new pillows and use white linens and towels. It gives guests more confidence in the cleanliness. But overall, a good stay!

The room itself was ok visually, however the bed sheets and pillow cases were not washed from previous guests, hair everywhere, you could smell aftershave and perfume on it. And i pulled back the quilt to see hair and debris ecerywhere do had to sleep on top of the cover and it was cold. The reception floor was like some homeless shelter? People were picking up cigarettes off of the pavement, spitting everywhere. Was not a good experience at all. Avoid at all costs.

Seen as it is situated quite a bit out of town in what i would describe as quite a rough area, the quality of the hotel was poor. The floor all seems to move when you walk across it, i had a very small room and have to use a shared toilet/bathroom and the price for this being over £80 for 1 night is shocking compared to friends staying in the city center at motel one being very modern, they only paid £60 a night for that!

Cheap, disgusting & thin walls! Accused of criminal damage when I have proof of no damage, just the food we ordered on the table and cleaned up after all they had to clean was the petals! Threading and racist calls from them telling me I’m going jail & dragged into court!

Absolutely disgusting place do not recommend at all. Was not clean, everyone has to share a shower and TWO toilets. Full of people smoking all sorts outside the building too. Did not feel safe there one bit and will definitely not be returning.

I Highly recommend!!!

I absolutely loved my stay at Hendham House Hotel. From the minute I arrived, staff were extremely kind, always available and really helpful. My room was clean and my bed was SO SO SO comfortable I kept snoozing my alarm the next morning for a whole 2 hours, I even had a big TV in my room all to myself.. The shower was small but cosy. And because the bathroom next to my room was occupied, the ladies upstairs were extremely kind and said that I could use either of the upstairs showers.. The shower was lovely and warm and it was lovely to have a long hot shower after my long day.. Thank you so much Hendham House Hotel, and I sure will book to stay there again when I'm next in Manchester.. I Highly recommend..✨💫

Horrendous! Hotel is in a bad area, got made to pay for parking as the road outside the hotel wasn't safe enough to park a tank. Woken up in the middle of the night for over an hour! At this point I decided to change hotels at 1.30am. it was an experience if nothing else

A PLEASANT STAY

It was what you would expect for the price we paid,but the lovely surprise was the staff especially the young chef and girlfriend. This couple could not do enough for you and always with a smile going the extra mile to try and make our stay welcoming though the rest of the staff were very nice also
