"We went outside on the patio to enjoy a drink in the sun. I went inside to order some drinks and was told you have to use the QR code to order. But since i was their the waiter took my order but informed me this was an exception.
How stupid is it to expect guests to download or scan QR codes just to order drinks and a meal. Do they expect OAP;s to do downloads or scans.
Very poor customer relations in this hotel as everything is automated, from check in, to check out, to ordering meals and drinks outside."
