Loved visiting Nicaragua, and really loved this property!! Walking distance to many attractions, Granada is a beautiful place! The owners, Marcia and Miguel, were amazing, very friendly and happy to accommodate! The staff, Alejandro and Nahomy, were also extremely helpful. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel!! Top notch place, highly recommend!!!

We left a pair of ray an sunglasses and we were notified in Expedia email. We drove back to Granada from Leon to pick them up. She. We are arrive the wife (Guatemalan) from the Owner (Steve) told us that it was not ours that some one else have lost them. We were so mad for making us drive all day and saying this when we l ew these were ours. We only recovered a battery pack which had no use for anyone else.

I never write reviews but this time it was a must. The staff at this property are all great! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were always helpful and polite. Please give your staff awards! I was amazed on how clean this property was, from the rooms, dining area, pool and garden. Breakfast was included, every day the owners would greet us and ask if everything was ok, by the end of our stay we were have conversations during breakfast. They made us feel like family. Their breakfast did not include the Nicaraguan famous nacatamal, one morning we saw Marcia eating one, and commented on how much we loved them. They are from an outside source. We asked if she could order 2 for my husband and I. (absolutely delicious) After we checked out I checked our bill and realized they never charged us, thank you so much! I will be coming back and highly recommend for anyone to stay here. Frank & Janet

Danke an alle Mitarbeiter und besonders der Chefin Marcia. Wir waren schon in hunderten Hotels in vielen Teilen der Welt, aber so eine herzliche Gastlichkeit,Sauberkeit und schöne Atmosphäre ist selten. Das Hotel ist fussläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt, es ist sehr sicher einschließlich sicherer Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet,sehr sauber und ruhig. Unserer besonderer Dank gilt der Besitzerin Marzia, die immer vor Ort war und viele wertvolle Tips zu Ausflügen und guten Gaststätten gegeben hat. Unser Rat an alle, wenn Granada dann nur dieses Hotel.

A very lovely and welcoming place. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is picture perfect. It's walking distance to most of the things to see in the area. I hope to go there again.

It was a nice place, the staff was excellent, it was very clean, comfortable bed. They had no masseuse as stated on Internet breakfast coffee drinks were very limited good place overall. I would stay there again.

Staff was amazing. The owner was there to check me in and it was very easy. The room was big and bathroom was big. Very clean rooms and property. Breakfast was good also. Only complaint was that there were bats underneath the tile in the room I was in. You could hear them at night. I know management couldn’t do anything as they are protected, but it was a little disturbing at night. Other than that I love the property and would come back
