"This hotel was truly amazing. It was very easy to get to the Haram, a 2-min shuttle bus was always there to take you and bring you back, 24 hours a day. We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival which was perfect for our family. It had the side view of the Haram and the room was pointing towards the Haram with the recitation playing in the rooms so was ideal to follow along. The staff were absolutely amazing, always friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were superb, as well as the restaurant staff - especially Ghulam.
There was a very wide variety of items at breakfast, allowing you to have something different everyday, and everything tasted great. The beds were super comfy that you would fall asleep straight away, and the in-room foot massager was an added plus. There were also massage chairs all over the hotel.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again."
