She welcomed us and suggested all the places around and made sure we were really comfortable. She graciously accommodated and served us breakfast even though we were much earlier than the check in time. Since we had to leave early the next day, she had them pack breakfast for the road. Her Riyadh is absolutely exquisite and what makes it even more special is her commitment to supporting local Berber women. Pilar was also extremely prompt in her communication before our arrival and even offered to help us plan our itinerary. Not only are her services truly exceptional, but she is also making a meaningful difference in the community. Kudos to her. "

"We only stayed for a couple of nights but the Riad Nashira was the perfect hotel for what we needed right in the heart of Marrakesh. Even though we didn't get to use the roof terrace (due to cool weather) we could just visualise what an amazing space this was and perhaps on another visit, we will be able to enjoy it. The staff couldn't have been more helpful during our stay, especially organising an amazing birthday cake for my wife and the entire hotel staff/team came out to sing Happy Birthday to her at Breakfast no less! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."
