"I could not get a hold with the receptionist online. It was most fearful place to stay because of the frightening owner rules. It feels like you’re under 24 hours surveillance radar constantly being watched in case you failed to comply with the owner rules. However the place around was pretty safe. "

BUT The key was not in the lock box as noted in the confirmation email… I could not believe it… when we arrived in the middle of the night we could not enter the loft , so with three children we had to sit on the stairs outside at 2am, were forced to book the most expensive hotel instead and new taxi ride , and went to bed at 3 o’clock in the morning, angry and Exhausted after full day off, walking through airport and...

"Absolutely gorgeous apartwith stunning views. The apartment was beautifully furnished with all the amenities you would need. The owner was extremely helpful with entry issues (all my own fault for not turning on data!), the wfi was easily accessible and extremely fast. I would highly recommend... 5 stars"

"The place is old but is kept in good condition. Failure to remove snow and especially dangerous ice buildup around the property made walking very dangerous. Hotel phone system did not work. Room was cold and complaint took 2 days to see response. Guest parking requires phoning a local number to have the gate open to exit, a stupid system for people without roaming mobile phone feature, or worse, with no mobile phone. The place seems to think everyone has a mobile phone. "
