10/10 Excellent

"Excellent resort. Great pool. Great breakfast. Quiet location in bo phut, however only 5 min grab ride (or 15 min walk) to Fisherman's village which has all the touristy stuff you need, including markets every second day. Cheap massages on the beach behind pool and jet skis are handy. 2x 7-11s next door. A few good and cheap restaurants - the one at Pico's next door on beach is great. Everything very clean and tidy and very friendly staff. Free mini bar stocked everybody with a few drinks. Restaurant not with going to - very expensive and lacklustre quality and service - plenty of other options anyway."

"This was the perfect location for out 10 night stay on Koh Samui. The hotel is situated at the end of bophut (Fisherman’s village) beach and we spent many nights walking to and from here along the beach which was about a 15 minute walk. Loads of amenities on the doorstep including pharmacies, local eateries and the usual 7/11 and Big C shops. If you like a smoke, Kushland is a 10 minute walk and Mario will hook you up. If you are looking for the ultimate in luxury, this isn’t the place for you but if you are looking for a reasonably priced stay, in a decent location, with beachfront access as well as pools, then highly recommend the Ibis. The staff are all very attentive, a small tip always helps, and we will certainly be staying again in the future."
