La atención fue maravillosa. July la joven de la recepción súper amable y atenta. El otro señor muy cordial y el ambiente muy tranquilo. Si quieres tener un sitio cómodo y confortable debes elegir este lugar. Calor humano que para mí es lo más valioso. Seguro que volveré muy pronto. Se los recomiendo

Las habitaciones individuales están en el sótano. No tienen ventilación, obviamente tampoco ventanas ni luz natural. Además están junto a la zona de lavandería por lo que durante todo el día escuchas las máquinas, a los empleados hablar gritando y con música a un volumen altísimo. Cuando pides explicaciones la respuesta es ninguna, te dicen que ya pronto terminan su jornada laboral, que antes no pueden hacer nada.

Nice and comfortable
I stayed for one night, since I was taking a connection flight early in the morning. The location is really good, not far from the airport, and accesible with public transport, nice and safe area. Communication before my arrival was not so good, I expected to get a mail with instructions but I didn’t, and didn’t have the access code upon arrival. That was not really a problem though, because when I knocked someone came to open the door (which was also a bit of luck). Staff was friendly. Took the breakfast service for 6.50€ (not 5€ as stated here on the website). The room was nice and very comfy, had air conditioned. I found traces of dirt in the bathroom floor.

Al llegar al hotel, me dieron una habitación individual que estaba en el sótano, sin ventanas. Estaba en la entrada del cuarto de limpieza. Cada vez que pasaba algún trabajador se encendía la luz del pasillo, y se colaba en la habitación. Por no contar los ruidos de las bajantes de Wc de las habitaciones de encima… Imposible dormir. En la web no se detalla la ubicación de la habitación. Ante una evacuación por fuego/agua tengo serias dudas que sea legal esta habitación. Para no repetir

I’m fairly certain they double-charged me for the room upon arrival (which I didn’t realize until after). I had already made a payment for the room on Expedia and they charged me an additional $72 on arrival, at first I thought maybe it was a deposit that I would get back, but the cost was almost exactly what I originally paid for the room and I didn’t get it back. Breakfast was a little underwhelming for the price we paid for it as well. However, the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and the location was at a midway point between the airport, IFEMA and Madrid Proper, so it was convenient.

Terrible experiencia
Un cuarto subterráneo lleno de bichos que vuelan por todo el lugar, al avisar a recepción no pareció que estaban sorprendidos ni siquiera ofrecieron ayuda, dijeron que no podían hacer nada! Al final llamé a hotels.com y me quejé ahí sí que empezaron a actuar, no lo recomiendo a nadie

Bon séjour . oreiller en plumes plus coussins que oreiller.reservation d'un Taxi fait par l accueil pour 4h00 du matin on l a attendu 25 minutes,après obligé de se débrouiller par nous même pour trouver un taxi pour nous emmener à l aéroport !!!!. Petit détail qui fait chuter la note. Incompréhension ou oublie ou autre.. Peut-être voir à cloisonner Cage d'escalier et pause d une porte car on entend l accueil quand la chambre se situe en face de l'escalier. Sinon calme quand personnes à l'accueil.petit déjeuner très correct

It looked better in the pictures
I just needed a comfortable and clean place near the airport to sleep and shower before my flight the next day. The bed sheets smelled like cigarettes, the elevator also had a funky smell, the toilet seat had pee stains, and the room, which was in the basement was a bit tricky to get to, as there was a cart with piles of laundry. But I must say that the people at the reception were friendly and it has a nice location, both near the airport and a mall with a supermarket and a Mcdonalds.

Poco descanso
Me tocó una habitación en el sótano junto a la lavandería, a la cual entró varias veces durante la noche alguien haciendo mucho ruido y despertándome. El suelo estaba algo sucio, como si no hubieran barrido. Cuando llegaron las personas de la limpieza pronto por la mañana, al estar al lado del cuarto se lavandería/limpieza, también me despertaron. Muy mal descanso

This property is in a neighborhood and you need to push the door buzzer to get in initially. I had an early morning flight and they were able to call me a taxi to the airport at 3:30AM. Even though it is within 1 km of the airport, the taxi has to go way out of the way to get back on the highway leading to the airport. It was 11 Euro each way, so take that in to consideration when comparing to hotels that have their own shuttle. There was a small grocery store, cafes and restaurants within a few blocks. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.
