"Overall, very happy with my stay. Great breakfasts, pleasant rooms. Very polite and accommodating staff. Beautiful pool was closed due to Bangalore water restrictions (I was warned when I made my reservation). "My first time at this amazing hotel. Staff are all fantastic; room is beautiful; breakfast is best I have had in India (extensive selection of western and Indian). I requested a late check out due to late flight to Canada - so the manager (Mr Prasad) let me relax by the pool for the afternoon and I booked a spa treatment with (BiBi). Special thanks to the amazing staff which also included Shantu (front desk) and Jagan (fitness center). I HIGHLY recommend this hotel"
