Clean spacious rooms. Excellent friendly staff. Good food and shopping. So close the the mosque of the beloved. Haram view rooms are worth the price. Breakfast is a little pricey and likely not worth it. Also as you are in front of the Imam you cant pray in your room with the Jamaat.

It was a great experience staying at this hotel. Location was very convenient. Close to Haram, food and transportation. Stayed with family (including kids) and really enjoyed our visit. Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah
Nice sized bathroom but the bedroom was extremely cramped. Also the duvet was far too warm and pillows excessively large. Didn't get even 1 night of good sleep. Toilet flush didn't work and half the time poops were floating around. Ewwww. Towel rail and toilet seat was lose. Toilet seat was not even ...
