It is a nice hotel. The staff were wonderful especially Mr. Salama at the front desk.

If you like mouldy grout in your bathroom, having to constantly call service for bath towels, toilets that don’t flush, and an outdated decor, look no further. Pros: beds are comfortable. Location is good for women’s pray areas. Location is good for food options and 2 Bin Dawoods for supermarket options. There are better hotels I’m afraid. Wouldn’t use them again.

Great location, walking distance to Haram Breakfast was good with wide variety of food and options Room size was OK, not very big Big advantage is location, staff is friendly and helpful Overall experience was pleasant for us

Stayed 2 days, beautiful clean hotel, excellent breakfast, slightly far from Masjid, lots of construction around, but that is Mecca. Easy, pleasant staff, check in/out. Masjid on premises, with Imam was priceless, especially for those people with disabilities, small children. Enjoyed my stay.

Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained — very comfortable and relaxing after a long day. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always welcoming with warm smiles and prompt service. The amenities were also impressive, especially the breakfast—adjust as needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable after hours of Ibadah. Alhamdulillah!!! Overall, it was an outstanding stay — clean, comfortable, and with truly exceptional hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family!

Staff at Restaurants and house keeping was very cooperative . There was a consistent smell in the room and staff could not do anything to improve it. The only solution they had was to open the windows for sometime. I believe the building is now quite old and needs proper maintenance

Room is just not designed right. 4 beds with one tiny impractical bathroom. The food that’s included in the price is spread out very nicely but only a few items that cater to the largest population of guests that stay at the hotel. This isn’t my first visit to Madinah but definitely stayed for the first time at this location. Extremely long wait at the reception, quite unnecessary because they choose to prioritize groups over individual guests and that exacerbates the problem. I heard mix review but my recent stay at Anwar Almadina Movenpick was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, greeting me warmly and assisting with every detail. The room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially appreciated the serene atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind and reflect. The view was breathtaking and added a special touch to the experience. Dining was another highlight. Breakfast is really amazing. What truly stood out was the sense of care and hospitality. Every interaction felt personal, and I never once felt like “just another guest.” This stay was more than accommodation—it was an experience that left me feeling refreshed and valued. I highly recommend Anwar Almadina Movenpick to anyone seeking comfort, elegance, and genuine hospitality.
