Beautiful property. Service was excellent, other than the checkin staff was little too pushy trying to sell lounge access. Had an excellent meal at Hachi, which is a little over priced. The dim sum buffet at Fu Lu Zhu is definitely worth trying and worth the money.

The dining options are excellent along with the service and quality. Rooms are very nicely apponted and the ataff very friendly. It is a beautiful property. The only comment I have is the lack of convenient swimming pool, but that is because their pool is under renovation

Lovely hotel - rooms need a bit of TLC.

Hotel is lovely. Very safe and comfortable. Next to a mall as well which is handy. Only negative was the rooms are becoming a little outdated. Furniture and TV is old and showing its age. Other than that it is very nice hotel to stay in.

I took my two granddaughters on an Asian vacation. We stayed at three Sofitels. One in Bangkok, Siem Reap, and Phnom Penh. The three Sofitel properties were excellent. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was great. We had a very good experience at each one.

Great Haven

Exceptional hotel, with exceptional service. The breakfast buffet alone makes this place worth a stay. Everyone was especially accommodating given that we were stranded by COVID-related flight interruptions. We can't wait to return when everything calms down.
