"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room is clean, especially the bathroom, but the shower room door cannot fully close, so after showering, the water is all over the bathroom floor. The refrigerator is not cold; it's just a piece of furniture. Hopefully, when I come back next time, everything will be fixed."

"My room was much smaller than I imagined. It basically had a bed, shower and toilet. For the price I paid, the rooms are way too small. I loved the location of the hotel and breakfast was great. It was also decorated very nicely for Christmas. "

"I stay this hotel 3 times now. Everytime I visit Homng Kong, I booked this hotel.
This time 2026, the hotel has changed a bit. The room reverse cycle air conditioner stops working. Only cold cycle works. The heating cycle does not work at all. We booked three rooms this time for my family. They had to supplied portable oil heater unit for our room to keep our room warm.
Secondly, the hotel des not provide water bottle anymore. You need to drink water from the tap or use tapp water to boil water...
