"The entertainment staff was the highlight of our trip. The bartenders were awesome. Sarah at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. There needs to be more music playing throughout the day, I feel like it was too relaxing at some points. We were disappointed at the beach, the snack food options were dissatisfying, we expected more authentic Dominican foods. However Raul at the buffet gave us exceptional service and we were happy to see authentic foods there. Despite some disappointments, we would be returning to Gran Ventana because the staff was exceptional. "
