"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. "Hotel reception provides wrong information regarding the access to hotel , we travel by tourist bus and bus cannot access area as there is 3.5 metre bridge before we enter the hotel area and we need to use shuttle service from hotel approx 200-300 Metre away 2-3 times to transfer luggage and guests and also reception said they spent 2 hours with us as we have to pay 150 chf non receipt from local police and 150 chf from hotel for such a time spending with our group We stayed 6 rooms minimum...
