Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!

Service is on point, really amazing staff. Lorena at reception was very helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool staff were so nice, especially Ginscar. Breakfast could be better, the sausages were very oily and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs royal was not hollandaise, expect better from the Ritz. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second day sadly, think there might have been a confusion when we asked them to come back later.

Lovely week at this great hotel. Location is great in La Caleta and far enough away from the very built up resorts. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, food was simple but very fresh and we really enjoyed our stay. As an Expedia VIP, we were treated as a VIP by the hotel which is always nice! We were their two weeks after opening and even though work was going on to finish gardens and not all cafes were open it wasn't an issue and I think it will all be done in the next...

Fantastic hotel AAA+ Great food great facilities and great staff 👍🏼 Some nice touches too when we informed them before arrival it was our 10th wedding anniversary .Couldn't fault the place and had a really relaxing stay. Had the best steak ever at the onsite restaurant Zucos .The private pool was heated, the fridge was filled with welcome drinks and the staff never stopped smiling . Great holiday and hoping to return with more friends and family next year .

The reason it is quiet is that there is nothing close to the hotel apart from the golf course and transfers from the Tenerife South airport take over an hour and cost around the hundred euro mark - a hire car is therefore a must! This hotel is overall fantastic. The service is first class and it's spotlessly clean. There is no beach as such although there are two a short walk away. Food and drink at the hotel is expensive but there are several restaurants close by within easy walking distance.
