Many issues with this place. First of all, the check in experience was terrible. Armando at the front desk is very rude. The place is pretty much a 2 star in my opinion. The food options were ok but not great. The rooms were just ok. The service overall was not great.

One of the room that we stayed in was good. But the room my sister was staying, the shower water was Flowing in the whole bathroom. It was clogged and was smwlling like SEWAGE ‼️‼️ We told two people and no one did anything. When we reported again they said there was no ticket submitted by them. ...
