"Great one time stay"

"When we arrived to the hotel, our ro was upgraded to a king suite free of charge because our double Queen room was unavailable. The king suite exceeded our expectations! Very spacious. We had everything we needed. The staff was friendly. The pool was smaller than expected but clean. Dining at Fuego is expensive but the food was good. I would recommend a car or bike if staying in this location as most shops are not in walking distance. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!"

"This experience was a lot better and a previous time I stayed here. There were no cockroaches in the room. The staff was nice, the room was clean and didn’t smell bad. The only issue was that the door was hard to open. "

"The hotel is tired and a little run down which is a great shame it could be a wonderful boutique hotel. There is no elevator and you have to take the luggage up narrow stairs the rooms start on the 2nd floor and above. The room was clean and the ladies did a good job, but the room was icky it needs a complete revamp. the furniture was old and basic. there was a stale smell through out the hotel which was not pleasant. The shower water ran cold and after a good 5 minutes it was luke warm. Front desk check in is only a few hours and you have to call them to see if you can leave your luggage. They were not very friendly. I am glad I was there for 1 night. The hotel was very central to the Long Beach cruise terminal and there was a lot of restaurants in the area you could walk to the aquarium "
