Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & SPA
"The room needed seriously updating. Black mold between the tiles in the shower with a small of drains emanating from the grille in the shower. Stains on the carpet. Tap in the sink was so close to the edge it was impossible to wash your hands properly. The breakfast for £16 per person was a disgrace. ..."
