You cant beat the location of this hotel, and the hotel staff were great, but I was a bit disappointed. I haven't stayed at Premier Inn for many years since living overseas and said to my wife i liked them because you could always guarantee a good comfy bed, a good shower and a consistently good breakfast. Well, the breakfast was good.....

Good size rooms for central London and not far from the tube station. Good full breakfast (buffet). Bathroom also a decent size. Rooms are very basic, but everything works. Appreciated that extra pillows and blankets were already in the room. AC worked well.

There was a horrible moldy smell in the bathroom the whole stay. Self check in was horrible and took half an hour. Service in the restaurant was slow. Food was good. Location great.

A perfect location for exploring London! The check-in was easy, the staff was very accommodating when we asked to switch rooms (we were originally given a disabled accommodation) and the rooms are clean and spacious!

Breakfast was good, efficient and the buffet was open until 11am. Location was within walking distance to the under ground station and the train station. Made it very easy to get around as I found taxis & Ubers to be longer travel time than taking the train/tube.

Mini fridge, which we needed for storing some medication, did not work, and they could not or would not switch it for a new one. The bathroom faucet blasted the water through an aerator so hard that it splashed everywhere. Sliding bathroom door in the accessible room we happened to be in was very heavy and difficult to slide on the carpet underneath. I suspect a person in a wheelchair would have great difficulty. Overall, hotel was nice, in a convenient area, and staff were helpful, especially the gentleman who checked our bags and brought us some free croissants while we waited for about 5 hours to check in (downside of arriving in the morning on an overnight flight from the US).

There are no amenities at all. The staff was very nice. We were charged for an early check-in and I’m sorry when the rooms are clean and ready there shouldn’t be an extra fee.
