Great location, value for money but the rooms are small and the bathroom is even smaller. If you are overweight or larger than average you probably won't fit in the shower. The shower water pressure was dismal.

The staff were not professional rude and inpolite. The room service were useless rude and not clean The room was too small and bed too sma for two people I am rrally disappointed !

Very reasonably priced for central London. Hotel was just a few minutes walk from Bayswater Tube and check-in was quick; I didn't have to give every measurement or sign eleven forms. Room was what some might call small, but again, great for the price paid and was very nice and comfortable. Will definitely use this place again.

We were originally booked in a standard twin room. It was an extremely tiny room facing the back of the property with two twin beds. With our luggage in the room we had very little space and had to shuffle past each other to get into the bathroom. Also the floor creaked on every step and there were scuff marks on the walls. Terrible experience! So we spoke to the night manager to see what our options were. He saved our trip for us. We upgraded to a junior suite two floors up and facing the garden across the street. It became the perfect spot for our three day adventure. It’s a quiet area that is walkable to coffee shops, two subway stops, two local churches, lots of dining choices, princess Diana park, the local buses, the hop on tourist bus stop, and taxis are easy to find. I gave the staff a 4 because the first desk clerk was clueless and didn’t offer us alternatives to our tiny room. The property itself was clean and tidy but it is an older building and the spaces are cozy. Overall we had a pleasant stay in the junior suite room. Perfect for two on a short stay. We would stay there again.

From the moment we arrived the staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean and our room was perfect. Reception phoned us 5 mins after we got into our room to check that everything was okay which was very thoughtful. They allowed us to leave our bags free of charge after checkout so we could tour the city without them and collect them at the end of the day. I would definitely stay here again

The staff on arrival were very friendly and efficient, the entrance welcoming and room perfectly adequate and clean. The only small criticism is the outlook from our particular room being closed in but the double bed as one of the singles was a bonus.

The walls need to be either wiped down or painted. There are stains from something spilling, and scuffs on the wall. Our bathroom was not cleaned one day at all, and sheets were never changed. Ran out of tea and called down, was given tea bags, the. Called the next Night to request it and was told to come and get it. The bed was very comfortable though. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, so it was tolerable.

Ho soggiornato per tre notti in questo hotel, le camere sono abbastanza pulite tranne per i muri dove si notano delle macchie arancioni, i letti venivano rifatti tutte le mattine, gli asciugamani cambiati ad ogni utilizzo.. posizione poco centrale comoda per visitare notting hill e portobello road…supermercati comodi nei dintorni.. l’aspetto piu negativo è il rumore dei piccioni tutta la notte e ogni tanto le voci che si sentono abbastanza forti dalle altre stanze..

Great attentive service. Always someone around if you needed them. Really nice lobby and eating area. Clean room and a nice relaxed 12pm check out time. Parking is also available right across the street from the hotel. Will stay again.

This hotel is in a good location for the Bayswater tube station, high street which included supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops. There are 2 tube stations in the areas providing great access to the City. There is a short walk to Hyde Park. The one issue is the size of our room for 2 addles.

Great if you're traveling by yourself!
A great place if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep. A quite small room, which I was prepared for, but therefore not that much to do in the room itself. I had a room on the basement floor, and if you’re sensitive to noise, this place is not for you. I heard all my neighbors, the street, and the people above me quite clearly. I could even hear people’s alarms as if they were in my room. Overall a great experience, and a very nice bathroom and quite “central”.

Ich möchte meine tiefe Unzufriedenheit in Bezug auf meine jüngste Buchung mit der Nummer 72735387246036 zum Ausdruck bringen. Leider war mein Aufenthalt in der gebuchten Unterkunft äußerst enttäuschend. Die Betten waren bei meiner Ankunft verdreckt und voller Haare, was ein inakzeptables Maß an Sauberkeit und Hygiene darstellt. Die Luft im Zimmer war extrem stickig, da es keine Fenster gab, was meine Atmung beeinträchtigte und den Aufenthalt äußerst unangenehm machte. Zusätzlich funktionierte der Fernseher im Zimmer nicht, was die Qualität meines Aufenthalts weiter beeinträchtigte. Das Zimmer insgesamt war nicht nur ungemütlich, sondern auch schlichtweg schmutzig. Ich verstehe, dass Dinge nicht immer perfekt laufen können, aber die genannten Mängel haben meinen Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt. Ich bitte daher um eine angemessene Lösung für diese Unannehmlichkeiten und hoffe auf Ihr Verständnis für meine Situation. Good location, but not 4*
Staff were friendly and reception area newly refurbished. Great location near Hyde Park and several train stations (Queensway, Bayswater). We had a standard double room which was small, decoration was tired and had a window that didn't close (which was a good thing as radiator was on full blast). Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. None of these things individually would normally prompt me to leave a review, but expectations were set high due to Hotel.com 4* grading - for us was 2 or 3 at best.

Fantastic location. Nice staff. Rooms need upgrade (fresh paint, cleaner sheets). Cleaning staff were also subpar. But good overall value for money.
