Top London Hotel Reviews

The Marble Arch Hotel, by Thistle
8/10 Good
"It’s friendly and right in the centre of where I wanted to be and the staff specifically Ugiene from Romania and Amanda from malaysia were very accommodating and friendly
"

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
8/10 Good
"Hotel was nice, but not the easiest for a long stay. No fridge for drinks was difficult, and the lobby had a weird smell that didnt go away. "

Radisson Blu Hotel, London South Kensington
8/10 Good
"The building is beautiful and staff is very friendly, the room itself was nice and spacious for one of the rooms the superiour I belive and the standard was less so. The toilet in the standard was far too close to the wall and tub and was hard to use due to that. The way to our rooms were also very confusing, we had to walk through at least 4 doors and 3 hallways to get to one room and for the other had to walk through a hallway, through a door, down a half flight of stairs, through another door and then in the room the bedroom was up another set of stairs. Aminities were nice, nespresso coffee/coffee maker, tea, hot chocolate. The mini fridge didnt get very cold and the ac didnt do much either. The standard rooms ac was not working. It is in a great location though so despite the inconveniences i would stay here again."

Royal Garden Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, thanks for the room upgrade!"

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
2/10 Terrible
"This listing is incomplete.
Right off the bat, they wanted £40 to check-in early. Rather than give available rooms to folks first come first served like other hotels, they wanted more money.
The cocoon concept seemed pretty cool, except the room we got…
- has no windows
- is split in two vertically so you have to crawl around like you’re camping (hit my head twice) and the ladder is in the way of the bottom one
- there is nowhere to put stuff except in the crawl spaces in front of the bed and one “platform” for one suitcase (no nightstand, no counter space in the bathroom, no closet, no hangers, no desk) had to use the toilet and the top of the garbage can
- there is nowhere to sit except the bed, and the toilet
- nothing in the room (no coffee, no iron, no hair dryer, no TV, no cups, no ice bucket, nada)
- no front desk (though it says so on the amenities) only a row of iPads for self check-in and a few people loitering around
- no phone to call the non-existent front desk to ask if they have any of the items above
- lots of outlets for charging, yet none in the bathroom for hair drying (brought our own)(maybe it’s UK code)
- not see through but translucent bathroom divider (I left the room while my daughter showered)
- can’t turn the AC down below 19 degrees but room never got below 23
- then, to top it all off, they wanted £45 to out the bags in storage at checkout
- same price as a few other “normal”/“real” hotels, not including early check-in fees and fee"

Royal National Hotel

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
8/10 Good
"Great location, clean, and comfortable. Had ongoing issues getting towels, washcloths, hand towels throughout the stay (had to call down every day for something)… middle of the night call from room service, despite having not ordered. No follow up or apology from staff. Would probably stay again, but would go elsewhere if costs/location were equal. "

Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington
6/10 Okay
"Bar area is a nightmare , nor enough staff and a long wait for a drink. Breakfast is a war zone, being a single traveller the staff kept clearing my table every time I went to the buffet bar"

Apex City of London Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent hotel. Large clean modern rooms and great facilities. Friendly and helpful staff "
