Located in central London, and walkable to most attractions, great restaurants and food options. Quiet, clean, basic and wonderful hot breakfast with lots choices. It’s a university student residence outside of the summer months.

It’s such a convenient location. And the breakfast is the best, a wide variety of food and great service. The weakness is the small room. bathroom is too small. However, the price is compatible.

This is a great low cost option for summer travelers. The staff are great, the breakfast is generous, the room was clean (albeit old), and the location is fantastic! My biggest complaint were the beds. The mattresses were springy and terrible. We also had a problem with noise outside since many party goers were staying for carnival, but that wasn’t the property’s fault. Overall good value for money, just wish the beds has been more comfortable.

Brilliant location

If you want air-conditioned splendour then this is not for you. If you don't want to spend a fortune but want to be centrally located then it does the job. Unfortunately our stay coincided with a really hot spell and the building was rather warm, but reception provided a fan which helped at night (but we wouldn't have been much cooler at home!). Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast (included) was surprisingly good with lots of choice (we enjoyed the fresh fruit, muesli and toast). Be warned, it was full of school parties who seemed to clog up public areas, but there was still plenty of room in the dining area and we weren't aware of any noise at night. So not a place for a luxury stay, but ideal for a few nights in a brilliant, central location (i.e. short walk from the Millenium Bridge).

The breakfast is great and WiFi speed is good enough. For the location, the price is unbeatable. But there is a trade off, the bathroom is a bit small and the shower door feels like it is gonna fall off.

Great option for a step up from a hostel. The room was nice, bathroom was clean, and breakfast was a great plus. It was easy to walk to Underground stations nearby. Not many options for food late at night right nearby, but places were open a short walk away.

Basic and clean

Room was basic, but clean and everything I needed. Couldn't fault it. The breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. Staying again in a couple of weeks time!
