The location is great! walking distance from shops, restaurants, a Super Tesco and the underground station! The room was a great size for a solo traveller and i was comfortable. Two points of improvement 1) Please add a full length mirror somewhere in the rooms. 2) My suite was street facing and on street level. If half the windows were frosted, I’d be able to get some sunlight into the room. Unfortunately I kept the blinds lowered. Overall, I do intend to stay with Bob again.

The room was not much bigger than a shoebox. For two people with two suitcases space was in adequate. No reception, which I didn’t find out till I arrived at the hotel.. probably my fault for not reading the ad but still inconvenient. For the four days we were there never once was the coffee replenished.. it was clean and the location was fairly convenient

I stayed in the compact room. It’s definitely snug but it does the job. If you want to size up, you should if space is a huge deal. It had all the amenities I needed. Towels were easy to retrieve and the ability to chat with staff was very nice. The placed was cleaned before I entered and I could tell. The heat was easy to adjust. The only downside is that my room was across from the luggage storage so that generated quite a bit of noise. I highly recommend staying here!

The accomodations offered for the price were great!!! Very well located in central London! Quiet and safe! One thing to be aware of!!! Our studio was located on the third floor with no available elevators and extremely steep stairs!!! Quite difficult at our age ! But overall a great stay with an excellent mattress to rest on!

Top notch customer service

The hotel changed ownership literally a day before we came so that created a bit of confusion on our part. Check-in and assistance was all virtual but they were wonderful accommodating our request for an early check-in after a nightmarish day and a half of travel from overseas which included a delay of our luggage. They were responsive to any of our requests. The bathroom was quite tight but that’s to be expected in a major city. Any deficits were appropriate to the price point and it felt a good value for what we paid. Location to the tube was good and we didn’t notice city noise.

Clean, nicely presented room. The pass code for the front door did not work meaning one of us stayed in the room when the other went out. The staff was unresponsive when presented with this problem. Very frustrating.

Okay/good stay for 1 night, room cosy but had everything we needed. We were on the 3rd floor and accessibility for some could be an issue as very steep stairs and there was no warning of this. Only one mug in the room, other than that was a convenient stay
