Dear William,Thank you for your feedback and positive comments. I am sorry if there was any confusion regarding the taxi payment. We always ask for the driver to accept credit card payments. Unfortunately, they will often ask for cash first. There are three different taxi companies that operate in the area. We call all three on behalf of our guests to book the quickest, when asked.

Our restaurant is open until 10pm everyday, the only exception would be if the restaurant was fully booked, in which case we would still offer you the restaurant menu in the Lounge! Unfortunately, this system does not allow me to check the name or date of stay, so I am unable to verify why you would have been given this information. We do hope you will be able to give us another chance.
