"The VIP lounge was a great place to relax in and the refreshments were a pleasant surprise. Ellie, the hostess of the lounge was amazing! She was very efficient and pleasant. The staff in general, from check in, luggage handling and room service were excellent. Marcin was especially helpful and friendly. We will definitely return to the Cumberland when we visit London in the future."

"As soon as I opened my room door, I was smacked in the face with a stale musty smell. I was able to open the window as it was warm which helped. The plumbing in the shower kept making awful noises, even when not being used, and the actual shower head didn’t fit in the bracket very well, and kept falling off. My room wasn’t made up between the 2 nights I stayed. It was very disappointing."
